I started in my high school years. It was required for the sports that I played in school, but it eventually became one of my favorite things to do.
Why I Love It:
It's rewarding to see your body transform from what it use to be to what it becomes. It's also a great stress-reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watch Arnold's Pumping Iron DVD haa it's pretty intense - but I've always been pretty good at keeping myself motivated; it's just that school prevents me from being able to stay on track a lot of times.
BB Accomplishments:
I did not really work out until my sophomore year in high school and my coach told me that I needed to join the "Strength Meet" competition. I did it my junior and senior year and got 1st place both years in my region and 5th and 2nd place respectively up at State. They're just lucky I didn't know about this sooner! haa but that's basically when competing all ended - it's just for health now.

I will post an update in a month or so... still ashamed!
I was sick prior to this haa it helped me shed 16 lbs! I didn't want to lose quite that much but it's alright.
I want to get on a strict eating diet (which I've never done) - but I heard if you want to get lean, this is the only way to do it. I want to not only increase my strength but be lean to the muscle!
That is an awesome tattoo, wish I could do something like that, but I have to be careful, still need my Full Time Job, and they have a thing about having them visible, great work,
