Here is my current split. It puts my weak body parts as a priority
Mon- Chest(14-16 sets)
Tuesday- Arms (Biceps-8-10 sets/Triceps-8-10 sets) Calf Work
Wed- Front delts(3 sets) Reat Delts (6 sets) Traps (6 sets) Lats (8 sets)
Thursday- Quads/Glutes/Hams (20-24 sets)
Friday- Same as Tuesday
Saturday- Rest
Sunday-Rest
