Background
I love bodybuilding because it helped shape myself into a more mature person. I've changed a lot from it. I may have lost some friends along the way but all I can say is that if they were true friends they would support me in this. I did my first bodybuilding show in May of 2009 and besides the diet and the massive amounts of cardio it was a hell of a ride and I'm grateful to become part of the that contest experience. This past spring, I also competed in 3 teen shows and did really well placing first, second, and third.

I now do set in the range of 8-12....mostly 8....and dont care about strength to much...only preforming it as heavy and as strict form as possible.
I am a strong believer, that most people overtrain.
I do no more then 20 sets for large body parts such as legs and back, which are harder to overtrain (Expesially legs).
My legs Overpower the rest of my body, mostly my Quads.

Arms
But then again it all depends on what I think needs brought up. So I will ajust it a week ahead so that will not overtrain.
