With my nutrition I'm following a IIFYM (if it fits your macros) diet and also doing IF (intermittent fasting). IIFYM is easy using MyFitnessPal and the night before I always fill in what I'm going to eat within my eating window.
For IF I'm fasting from 19:00 to 13:00 giving me 6 hours of eating. I have been sceptical about IF and also IIFYM but I decided I couldn't knock it until I've tried it. So far so it's going all good.
Protein: 1g per lb of bodyweight
Fats: 0.2g per lb of bodyweight
Carbohydrates: Fill in the rest.
