Looks like the bulking cycle is going well. Definitely noticeable in your back. Keep up the hard work and keep getting swoll!

It is a cool place to hang out. Lots of nice things to do there during the day and the night. It's almost like going to the city, without the hassle of going to the city :)

Hey :) Yes, right now I'm in Kearny. Right near the Hoboken/Jersey city area. Familiar with it?

Nice bike man. Got to get me one of those this year. I'm actually taking my written test for my motorcycle license this Thursday. Eazy peazy!

Yea, you can look at it that way. If you print out all the material you could do it open book. They're good to have. They just basically add on to what you've already learned and make you more credible when you're certified to work with a big range of clientele

Yea, I got my PES and my CES certs. They're not that bad. Lots of good information. The best part is you actually take the 2 tests online though so you can take them whenever and wherever you want to. They're definitely worth getting in the long run

No problems. I haven't been around in awhile, so I almost forgot. Congragulations on passing the exam! Now you get to work on your PES and CES certs. Those are fun tests!!! HAHA

Not any in particular. I don't exactly know what they use here. It's a company wide program. I don't have any experience with anything other than that but I know a few people and I'll ask around to see if they recommend anything

Hey Brian, 2 more days of studying! Good luck with the exam. I'm sure you'll do fine. It's not as hard as people make it to be if you actually studied. Just remember to take your time and go over it as many times as you can. I went back over it about twice and it definitely made a difference because I made quite a few changes the 2nd and 3rd time through. Keep us posted!

Hey man. Good to hear! Did you take it once? You can take the practice exam over and over again and a lot of the questions change. I took it about 30 times! The real exam was def. more about the squat assessment and program design. If you know that you'll be ok. But keep taking the practice exam. It'll really start to sink in the more you take it. If you have any questions feel free to ask

Hey Jay. Sorry it took awhile to get back to you. For the NASM exam you want to focus on The Overhead Squat Assessment and Program Design a lot. Most of the test questions are on that. There are also a few on Special populations, but the design and assessment were big on the exam. If you have the chance, I recommend taking the workshop. It makes is a lot easier

I hear ya, sometimes it just has to be done and you can cry to mama about it later. LOL. Actually, I thought I'd be just as sore today after Thur. and Fri. workouts, but I feel good. I knew I just had to get over that initial hump and then I'd be back in the game. Looking forward to the weekend of rest though. Have a great weekend Steve

Hey Steve. Just to let you know, workouts are going great. Was sore as hell on wednesday (the couldn't move kind of sore) but manned up yesterday and actually got through the workout and pushed harder than on monday (got up to 775lbs on the leg press). Definitely looking forward to busting my ass today and enjoying a 2 day rest. haha. Have a great weekend man!

Hey, feels good to be back! Sorry to hear you're sick. I had it not that long ago and I was pretty much confined to bed for almost 2 weeks. Definitely was not fun! Not much is new with me right now. Just been working hard and trying to keep out of trouble :) How about yourself? How's it going out your way?
