How I Started:
I started working out when i was in 9th grade. I had a bench in my basement and a couple of dumbells. I really became more dedicated when me and my friend joined a gym and started watching bodybuilding videos. I been working out everyday ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love feel a sense of accomplishment after a workout. I also love the pump when i'm in a middle of a set and the soreness i get a couple of days after a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
waking up every morning feeling sore.
