Training is going strong and adding some decent muscle. I am aiming for a higher bf% (9-11%)in an effort to add serious mass. End Dec09/Jan10 I wish to be at 88kg without exceeding aimed bf% levels (if God's will).

New pics to be posted on or near 12/20! I am back on course in my second week of 4-5 workouts/runs and clean diet! steadily dropping weight and gaining definition again! DO WORK CREW!
