How I Started: Got started when i finished school to loose weight been on and off ever since then and got nothing out of it because of diet, not sticking at it and not training hard enuf. But for the last 8 months ive been ripping it up and im stronger and feeling better than ever.
Why I Love It: Love getting stronger and bigger.

Hi mate, no-xplode is great, especially when your cutting and need some energy with no cals. I buy it locally, its cheaper and quicker than from the site. Keep up the good work, you are building awesome mass!!

Let me tell you, I have no real definition. I do like dumbell benches though they seem to work good for me and I usually do 300 push ups every other day, yea, it is a sickness!!
