How I Started:
I got fed up with being out of shape and yoyo dieting. I had my issues with eating, too, and I was sick of that. When I moved in with my fiance, he helped me get educated on proper nutrition/exercise and is a constant support :) Long story short... I moved past it all and am looking forward to rockin' it harder than ever.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel energized and happy (endorphins!) and gives me a huge confidence boost. Not to mention all of the health benefits.
How I Stay Motivated:
Meditation, the mirror and feeling strong/healthy.
BB Accomplishments:
I used to be unable to run outside. I could barely run for long anyway, but outside was just torture because of asthma. Nowadays I can run for an hour on the treadmill without much trouble. I went for a 30-minute run outside recently (when it was FINALLY warm enough!) and had little trouble, so it made me really happy!!
Otherwise, my health and sanity have improved overall.
