Cool picture!! Motivation can be tough - I am having a struggle with it right now because of personal problems stressing me out. Just get to the gym - missing a workout is the worse thing. And focus on your diet - I think of it as one of the few things I have control over.

you're sweet! We are our own worst critics. You have been at it 2 weeks, great things usually come around 6 weeks. Wait til you are in the shower shaving your legs and you think,"wow,that wasn't there before". It keeps you going!

Hey there. Don't worry about kickin' butt in the gym and not seeing results. Everyone is different and you did say that you can feel your body tightening, so you are on the right track. Sometimes it just takes a little longer. I know it does for me. You look great right now and over the next several months you're going to be blown away at the changes your body is making. Keep going.
