When I Started: Oct 2007
HOW I STARTED:

Stepped on a scale and saw over 200 for the first time in my life. Picked up an elliptical and a 40 lb interchangeable dumbbell set and started on my journey.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Results and the feeling.

Read of this 10x10 workout on bb.com.  Found an example of it here: http://bodybuilding.about.com/od/weighttrainingprinciples/a/10setsof10reps_2.htm Going to give it a go starting with legs on Saturday.  I did a modified version of the SAIS routine for three weeks, did a core week, and then one more week of SAIS.  I am bored with it and it just seems to take too long.  Plus, it seemed to be working but when I took the week off to do just cardio and core my muscles deflated!  I do think it added some muscle but I am ready to try something else.  When it comes to wo...
