How I Started:
I got started back into bodybuilding for the Sylvester Stallone Life Change Challenge. I put on a lot of weight after my Father passed away. It was a very rough time in my life. I stopped working out for 3 years.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me look and the way I feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching Pumping Iron or videos related to bodybuilding.
