I've always been a "big" guy. I was very stocky growing up. In my Freshman year at Penn State I had no control with my weigh. I went from 190 to 245 in 7 months. That summer I was inspired by my Father(fat jokes helped!). Since then, working out has become apart of my routine. I could not imagine a day without it!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
There is a constant drive to be better than where I am. I know that total perfection from a spiritual stance is not possible, but while I am on earth I intend to keep this temple sacred.
If I need more to stay in shape I watch...Pumping Iron
I am very blessed to say that I am able to naturally gain muscle. My problem is balancing my diet, suppressing cravings and keeping my workout routine fresh, avoiding dull points.

Talking about human weapons ... I wish I had your guns! My triceps have always been lagging, compared to the rest of my body growth, even when I did spend more time on them. And you're just 21 too ... and you say you used to be fat ... Well, what can I say? Good job, mate!!
man u look amazing and keep up the good work...midsection is very difficult to maintain-50% of shaping your abs is food intake-ur food must be clean. no salt, no sugar, no trans fats, plus you should do abs everyother day and cardio on days u no doing ur abs-u should begin to see a big difference. let me know if you need any other assistance. peace.
