Main Goal: Improve For A Sport
Goal (Overall): Compete in my first Strongman contest.
Goal (Long): I am entered in the Nebraska State Strongman Championships in July and am looking forward to competing in Strongman for the first time. My goals are 275 pound log press max, 135 feet farmers walk. Under 20 seconds on yoke walk, under 30 seconds on tire flip, under 30 seconds on truck pull. I think those numbers will put me right in the mix as far as being competitive is concerned.
