This is a before and after taken for the AEN IntraXCell and SteelEdge testing. The before was taken back in April and I was about 185lbs and around 14-15% Body Fat. The After was just this week and I'm about 200lbs between 15-16% bodyfat. Biggest increases in the past two months then I've ever had before! Oh, no I'm not going to pose, I'm not a bodybuilder. :)
BTW, I'm brushing my teeth NOT smoking a joint in the before picture. :)

Just took this over the lunch hour. Didn't look as blurry when I took it. Oh well. Actually not much of a change over the previous pic at 210. In fact, for some reason I think I look trimmer now then I did then?!?
220 16-17% more toward the 17% at least that's what I've been tracking.
Past month and a half I've been taking in 6000+ often over 7000 calories to keep up with my training and help recovery from a partially torn tendon from slipping on some ice. I've jumped just over 10 pounds from when I started that.
