This is a before and after taken for the AEN IntraXCell and SteelEdge testing. The before was taken back in April and I was about 185lbs and around 14-15% Body Fat. The After was just this week and I'm about 200lbs between 15-16% bodyfat. Biggest increases in the past two months then I've ever...
Just took this over the lunch hour. Didn't look as blurry when I took it. Oh well. Actually not much of a change over the previous pic at 210. In fact, for some reason I think I look trimmer now then I did then?!?
220 16-17% more toward the 17% at least that's what I've been tracking....

I had to get a PR so after I got pinned hard I dropped it back down a little and went for 355. My rear started to come up and as I felt it I paused for a second and really concentrated on tightening up to get my butt back down. It worked and was able to complete the lift. Pretty happy about that. Next time I'll get 365.

Good news is we have lots of friends and family. People have been really helpful through all this. We are staying at a friends house right now and will be moving into a house we will be renting out for who knows how long in a couple of weeks when it becomes...
Hey Jason: Just looked at your progress pics--wowowow! You sure look like a bodybuilder to me. Hey, you look awesome. You're getting huge. Hey, why not throw out a bicep sometime? Keep up the great work. beef.
Hey Jason, I've been totally disorganized lately. Thank you again for the enouragement - I read your post and was going to comment, but not doing it at the moment results in this kind of stuff... I'll send you an email.
Cheers!
Things are definitely not dragging for me. If anything I'm too busy! Still managing to squeeze the gym in every day, though. However, I wasn't in the mood to work out today. Pathetic leg day! Maybe it had something to do with the pizza for lunch an hour before?
Tell me about it, I understand injury all too well. I'm glad to hear that you are better, that's awesome. I hope things work out properly without any other problems. Its great to hear from you!
Thanks Jason, I had a great time and am already looking forward to my next event. I am planning on doing the bench only at the Iowa games. That will give me some insentive I hope to fix my BP. (it realy did suck, huh). Was glad you hit your goal, sure was fun to watch. Thanks for the help and encouragement & will see you in the fall if not before.
