My Workout Program

I train with a Westside Barbell methodology and do some type of exercise every day. I will be stepping up my GPP work now.

Monday: Day 1 Dynamic Effort (Speed) Day for Bench with Supplemental and Assistance work
Tuesday: Day 2 Max Effort Day for Squat and Deadlift with assistance work
Wednesday: Considered Off day but still put in some general physical preparedness and prehab work for active recovery
Thursday: Day 3 Max Effort Day for Bench with some assistance work
Friday: Day 4 Dynamic Effort Day for Squat and Deadlift with some supplemental and assistance work
Saturday and Sunday: Same as Wednesday
