For cardio I usually do HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) on the stair climber 3 or 4 times a week after the resistance training. I do 15 or 20 mins. 20 to 30 seconds at maximum and then 45 seconds at a slower recovery pace. Less boring only takes 15 to 20 so more prown to actually doing it. LOL

I do HIIT( High Intensity Interval Training)for about 15 to 20 mins on the stair climber at the end of my resistance training. I do 25 seconds at maximum then 45 seconds at slower recovery pace them repeat. You get the same thing as going for 1 hour but in 15-20 mins.

I usually buy my protein with very low carbohydrates in it. If I want more carbs during a bulking phase I will add some high glycemic carbs to the powder shake myself.

I have never used that company, but I am sure it will do just fine. Make sure that you buy protein isolate and not concentrate. Also verify that your protein does not have alot of carbohydrates because that will not help in weight lose.

My training is going really well. I just passed the 2 month mark and am happy with my progress. Still got to lose more bodyfat and then focus on muscle mass. I wish I would have started eating right and training years ago, this is fun LOL
