How I Started:
I am tired of feeling fat, tired and lazy. I want to be fit and healthy for my wife, children and myself. So I have gotten a membership at a local gym.
Why I Love It:
Since I have started I feel a lot less depressed. I am sleeping better, and have more energy. I like to challenge myself. I want to prove to myself that I can do this.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I told my wife and friends that I was not touching a beer until I could see my abs, they all laughed at me. That was all the motivation I needed.

I got my membership at the gym. That's about it so far.

He reminds me that bodybuilding is more than a sport, it is a lifestyle. The only opponent is your doubt. I want to be an old superman when I grow up. LOL. Results come with patience and consistency. He reminds me to get off my ass and do it. No more excuses.
His before and after pics are amazing. I respect him a lot for creating Wheelchair Bodybuilding INC. He toke the cards that life gave him and make a Royal Flush.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I think that Brad Pitts shape in Fight Club is a realistic goal. Not super big but well defined with a low body fat percentage.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I often look at the previous work-out and mentally picture lifting more than the last time. just the atmosphere when entering the gym gets me motivated.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I like the fact that my healthy lifestyle is a good example for my children. Even at a young age they understand that proper nutrition is important. Plus training really helps me keep my mood positive. Hopefully I will be able to train with my boys when they get bigger. because im really out of it. i do everything im suppose to but my attitude is kind of weak and i beleive that attitude changes everything i can be doing everything perfectly right but if i dont beleive in it then it wont happen...:P
