To lose 75 pounds of fat by my birthday in November 2010.
Goal (Long):
My whole life has been spent going from diet to diet and my weight going up and down. Tired of it and ready to stick with the basic priciples that worked for me once!
200 pounds is my ultimate weight goal.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
I get my stresses out at the gym, making me more patient at home. Beside that, I think my daughter is proud to have a "big, strong dad".
