BB Accomplishments:
1. putting on almost 40 pounds
2. Cutting to 8% bf

STarted in 2004. Weighed 62 kg..(see progress photo. Goal was originall to put on mass, but now it is to cut up as much as possible and maintain mass. I wanted to get to 85kg and now weigh 80. SO CLOSE 01/10/07.
01/11/07 Reached 83 kg!!!
21/01/07 CUT BACK TO 74kg with about 8% BF...
goal achieved so far!!
now bulkin up to 90 and then cut to 80
01/07/08 Reached 87.5kg!!
Now cutting to around 75-76kg at 5% for comp in October!!!
Good Luck tomorrow man, you'll be fine, you have way better wheels than any other guys your age and your conditioning is awesome. After the show I guess the next step is just to re-evaluate everything and find out which parts you need to work on like you did last time. You know you can get conditioned and your legs are awesome so its just a matter of time before you will start beating the big boys

i want to do the INBA melbournes next year in april or may, ill compete in the teens as ill still be 18.

my trainings going good, had a few rough weeks due to this and that but back into it now just cutting atm (gay!)
id ask how your training is going but its pretty clear that its going alrite haha

Great overall form - you seem to have really developed since your last pics! Nice development of the delts and triceps. Congrats on the improvement and good luck in the comp!
Hey mate, go for it - ANB teens was the comp I was training for in 2006 when I tore the tendon in my wrist (just 12 weeks out - I was majorly peeved). I've finally been getting back into training in the last two months or so. Not sure if I'd try training for a comp again - juniors is a fair step up from teens, and I'd need a solid 10kg on me before I think I'd consider it.
You never know though, maybe... :)
