Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
There are sooo many great physiques out there I'm always looking at mixing and matching bodyparts. Instead of picking one great physique I'd rather play Dr. Frankenstein.

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I do workout logs and software. I try to improve every workout and tracking is a good way of monitoring that.

I noticed your glute superfeature and gotta ask if you've read/tried any of Brett Contreras' madness in regard to training them. I have yet to see anyone do a hip thrust in my gym and yet, I get the feeling its gonna happen. It just might end up being me and thats what scares me.

Hey J, Thanks for that tip. I had no idea a woman could experience THAT much weight gain during that time of the month. That is good to know. I am so on track though so it is all good. How have you been lately? How is your arm? Got any competitions coming up?
