jetsfan21 My trainer (Capriese Murray) and my posing coach (Darin Page) thought exactly what you wrote. I was one of the best in term of my condition but I was just not big enough. You are more than correct: my hamstrings are there but need to be tighter so that they will show more. it doesn't surprise me that you and my coaches said exactly the same because of your experience and knowledge.
