Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
There are sooo many great physiques out there I'm always looking at mixing and matching bodyparts. Instead of picking one great physique I'd rather play Dr. Frankenstein.

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I do workout logs and software. I try to improve every workout and tracking is a good way of monitoring that.

I just like the gym atmosphere. The variety of equipment and benifits I coudn't get at home. The only real con for me is my gym is always so crowded you constantly have to switch exercises or wait for equipment but then I guess you never get the same workout twice!I just like the gym atmosphere. Hey brother. It is good to be back. I missed your support and help. But here you are, doing it again. I am not sure I can allow you to make comments on my Jets though (smile). Did you see that I picked my first competition? I got a lot of work to do but I am excited about it.
I noticed your glute superfeature and gotta ask if you've read/tried any of Brett Contreras' madness in regard to training them. I have yet to see anyone do a hip thrust in my gym and yet, I get the feeling its gonna happen.
It just might end up being me and thats what scares me.
Hey J, Thanks for that tip. I had no idea a woman could experience THAT much weight gain during that time of the month. That is good to know. I am so on track though so it is all good. How have you been lately? How is your arm? Got any competitions coming up?
Thanks J, it is doing much better. I did 2 sets of deadlifts yesterday with no issue but I've decided to wait until this Saturday for a full out leg workout. How's your bicep doing? -Jeff

Hey J, I hope your chest is OK? I pulled my right quad two days ago during my leg training. It's still sore and swollen near my knee but at least I am now able to bend it. -Jeff
