A few months ago when I started I was embarrassed about posting pictures because of how I looked. Mr. Jay-C was the first to encourage and inspired me to keep pressing to reach my goal. His words was simple but powerful â??Just keep at it and stay consistent ... u can do this. Everyone had to start somewhere!â??
