I always liked fitness through high school. I was a runner and a wrestler, so I was always doing something.
Why I Love It:
I love the results I get and the challenge of pushing myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals for myself and don't compare myself to much to what I see from magazines or photos of people that have been doing this for years.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm taller than a lot of people that try to bodybuild I guess.
I'm 6'2" and have long arms and legs, so being able to bench two 45 plates and squat over 300 pounds was great to finally reach.
I want to gain as much muscle as I can and lose fat at the same time.
Goal (Long):
I have a hard time gaining weight when I work out, but easy if I'm not. I also tend to lose to much body fat when I work out so it make it hard to put on muscle. I stay at around 14% body fat or I start dropping to fast. My long time goal is to put on about another ten to twenty pounds over the next few years and then drop my body fat to around 6%.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
It helps when you do exercises like bench when you are doing a lot more reps than you're used to. Dropping 315 on your chest is not good when you are by yourself.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I've started a new routine and was wondering if anyone had any advice on splits and excercises that go well together. I have a routine going, but any excercises that anyone would recomend would be nice, even timing and stretching advice.
You are making great progress and I hope that you are able to keep it up. How goes the work outs? Are you still intense and focused?
Keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be.
Thanks alot man! Um...for the most part...get a bunch of sleep and EAT alot! I eat every hour and a half and it works wonders for my progress in size...but I have to cut down my waist its a drag...keep it up though ur lookin thick!
