DHL relay 5km: time 23:53:18 (1st of September)
I take part in the experiment that lasts 16 weeks. The aim of it is to reshape the body based on the special natural diet and special 16-week workout training. The experiment starts the 7th of September. Wish me good luck! ;-)

Congratulations on your 6 week training program!!! How do you feel? You Look AMAZING!!!! Very fit and very sexy!! Legs are always great to focus on but dont forget the rest of your body. You look great!! My weekend has been busy. 32k ruck march on friday, 15k mnt bike ride yesterday morning and a half-marathon yesterday evening. How is your weekend going? Do you IM at all?

Yea, big weights do cause soreness! But that is a good thing. Soreness usually means stronger muscles. I will be posting some new progress pics this week. My weekend was good w/ some killer workouts. How about yours? Have a great week!!

My week was too busy and not enough weights. I did cardio every day. How was your week? What is in two weeks? BTW, you look great!! I am seeing some sexy definition in your abs and hip flexors!!! What is in store for this weekend?
