Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
too much weight, not good form. i focused on the mind-muscle connection, lowered the weight and my strength has shot up and i feel like i worked way harder after each day
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
it doesnt matter how much your lifting, nobody else really cares. so dont try to show off and lift as much as you can with bad form. form is the #1 thing with lifting weights

Solid progress! Not only size but also good definition and proportion. Abs are starting to make a presence there.
Keep pumping heavy.
