How I Started:
I started working out as a little kid with at home with my mom, then started running in middle school all throughout high school. However, It wasnt until recently that I decided to hit the weights and begin a new road in Bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Working out give me motivation for everything else I do in life. It also helps me be confident in my own body and knowing that I look good, or that im trying to look good at least. All That i do is worth a lot in the end.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music. BodySpace. Friends. These are the three things that I am fortunate to have in my life. It is how I stay motivated.

This is such an annoying rollercoaster!! I go up and back down, then up and back down. It's so hard to maintain myself centered and to concentrate on one thing.

 Next week, I'm leaving the country for a week. Maybe that'll help me clear my mind. When I get back I hope to go up and just up....
