OH... well I grew up staunch Catholic. Uniforms and all- still don't understand the hype tho. I think they're dreadfully ugly. I was glad to get out of them. But I have gone to 3 highschools... and why would I want to hang in the bathroom? Gross! I know what goes on in there!

yeah apparently gona get worse in the weekend but it was sunny here yesterday :P, haha you rele should have gotten a pic (Y) yeah me and my bro had to walk down steps to get to the gym and he said "its not slippery" then slipped haha,yeah i had to do abs at home yesterday, it doesnt feel as good when its at home compaired to the gym but went to the gym 2day and did chest and back :)

Cool, that's what I'm doing with my diet too, high protein and veggie carbs. i'm cycling carbs up one day a week for right now. so far i've lost 6lbs.

Reply to your comment about ab workouts: Decline Situp/Crunches - 100 Reps; Weighted Leg Lifts with a medicine ball is great for the lower abs and hip flexors; Decline Situps to each side with a broom stick between your shoulders and arms. Not sure what the name for the last one is.

I will keep my fingers crossed but I don't think you need it. If 70% don't make it, 30% do. You can make that cut! When the going gets rough (and it's bound to) just mentally cut time...you know, tell yourself to just make it through the day. Really tough? just make it through the hour...the 1/2 hour...the minute. Lots of it is physical but so much is mental. I know you already know all that. Just throwing in my 2 cents! I did some of my research in Organizational Training and Tactics..

Yea, I've heard good things about the school there. Awesome, sounds like you got a nice gym setup at home? My buddy just opened a gym over in Ft. Thomas. Well, it's a training studio technically. It's a good place tho. U guys get much bad weather?

Yes, it is very intense to say the least. I do that twice a week. I really have to man up and get my mind right to make it through that. Squats are no picnic. I find it to be the most painful, taxing exercise you can do. I absolutely hate them. I feel like my guts are going to pop out, my head is going to explode and my legs are on fire. Someone once told me "If you can't deal with pain, maybe this isn't your game." Best weightlifting advice I ever got. Tough love.
