Worlds Strongest Man Competitor Jesse Marunde and his wife Callie introduced me to the sport of Womens Tri Fitness. I had no idea how to train for a show, so with the help of Callie and Bodybuilding.com, I researched dieting and training regimens to begin my transformation. It was a lot of hard work and trial and error to find out what would work for me!

Before starting the Zone diet, I was just doing my regular weight room routines, eating every three hours but having cheat meals whenever, mostly on weekends
I completely forgot to report my one rep max! It was two weekends ago, my boyfriend and I went into open gym during crossfit and he was a great coach and I dead-lifted 245! I couldnt believe it, it was a 35lb PR!! I will post the video soon ;)
