Just wanted to get in shape for annual navy physical fitness test. An from there decided I needed to get back to my old high school track shape an stop being the skinny guy in the crew. Take advantage of the 2in I had grown since high school. I went from 5'8 144lbs in first joining the Navy in Sept 98 to now weighting in at 5'10" 183lbs at this current time.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of getting stronger an your body looking strong beautiful an muscular like its supose to. An of course the attention you get from women when you have an nice body. Plus the energy you feel from being in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
I motivate myself to be pleased with myself an looking at this site an seeing other people bigger or smaller than me reach there goals keeps me pushing for mine.

This was taken a few months after starting wasnt too serious yet.
I want a fitness magezine body. I want to look like I belong on the cover of Mens Health magezine. I want to gain 15lbs of muscle. I want a good full chest cut abs an thick legs. Hello People Jaoxquin here with another ?. I've been lifting now for a while an I'm seeing progress all over but not the same on both sides of my body. I dominately right handed so of course it seems as though my right side is bigger than the left. Both sides seem equally strong but still arent...
