How I Started:
Walking in -40C weather is terrible.
When I went home for Christmas, my best friend took me to the gym with her a few times. Her friend had set up a few routines for her to follow, and I followed along. During that week, I remembered why I had always loved the gym before, and as soon as I got back to my city, I joined up.
Why I Love It:
Since I work out at 5:30 am during the week, I feel like I've accomplished something all day long. I feel amazing after a hard workout...sweat and all.
How I Stay Motivated:
A few times a month I do my measurements...this shows me that even when the scale isn't moving, my body is still transforming.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost close to 30 pounds before starting my bodybuilding journey.

Goal (Long):
I've been "chubby" since I was 7 years old. I dealt with eating disorders from 12-22. 3 years ago I moved to a new province, and was so lonely and miserable. I ate my feelings, and in the process gained an astronomical amount of weight.
Now I'm back on track! I want to have a sexy, lean, beautiful body that I can feel comfortable in ALL the time. I want gorgeous legs, sexy arms, a ripped midsection, hot booty and a beautiful back. I want to look in the mirror and see what hard work and dedication looks like! I know I can do it!
No matter what life throws at him, J-diggity pulls through with a smile. He has the best avi's, and he always has a positive comment to give. His attitude is contagious and his words have motivated me more times that I can count.
Last night I got the first good leg workout that I've had in awhile. Certain aspects of my life are pretty ****ty right now, so I took it out on my legs. Sweating like a pig made me feel amazing. I'll be going to do that again after work today.
Jesus Christ, you're back. You're like totally back. You're like so totally back it's not funny. You're like so totally, completely back I want to run around screaming in my underwear and do a happy dance and then take a nap. Maybe hump my pillow a bit before the nap.

j,am back in blighty!hols were great,i read "the strain".bloody good book but a little hardcore on the blood side if you get my drift! workouts outside in 30 deg heat! stone me,not used to that.are you back to 100% now? hope so.
Getting a little easier to get back on track. Hit a huge bump when I moved and was out of it for a week, but all the boxes, I'm chalking up as a workout ;)
Finally getting rid of the munchies now that I'm letting myself eat when I need to. Found when I was counting calories, I was eating more than on days when I just ate what sounded good and I knew was the healthier choice.
