Workout Program:
Going to the gym and doing a simple daily routine.. mine is
EVERYTHING IS 80% of my max... i dont like to over do it.

Bench of your max X3
Curling X3
TYI (20 pd DB) 10 of each X3

Squat X3
toe raises (ur max) X3
Leg Curls-atleast 180-(3 45 plates)X3
Leg Extentions "" X3

Runner... 135 on each leg.... 10 on each leg ...3 times
alternate legs

20 x 3 pushups
100 x 3 sit ups...
50 bicycles on each leg X3

and.. then i go run a half a mile and stretch to get all of that muscle in order
