Overall Goal: My main goal at this point (I know it's a silly goal) is to get into the kind of shape where I wouldn't look out of place in a fitness magazine. I want to be huge and freakishly lean!!!

How I Started:
At the beginning of High School I was a very skinny and akward looking kid. Think I was about 6'1" 135 lbs. and started with the weights. Graduated at about 210 Lbs. and never looked back.
Why I Love It:
The way I feel after a good workout is heavan on earth. A good pump is like heroin to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's mind over matter. I know what I want and I'm not willing to let laziness get in my way.

I look pretty good. That's about it.

This is right before my first lift of my current bulking plan.
This is the end of my 7th week of bulking. I have added about 12 to 13 lbs. and am feeling strong as an ox. I have another couple weeks of bulking trying to get to my goal weight of 225 before I start really cutting up and getting to a very muscular 205 lbs.. Wish me luck

Goal (Long):
New Goals - Old ones reached and passed!!!
Currently weigh 222 Lbs. I want to bulk up to about 225 to 230 before I start worrying about getting leaner. When I hit the above weight I am going to start a cutting program and get down to about 215 Lbs. with a goal of 8% bodyfat. I also want my overall health to be in tact (not just aesthetically) I want to improve my flexabilaty, resting heart rate and overall mindset. Training is a refuge for me and these goals keep me centered. I shutter to think what I would be like without the gym.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Working out for me is much more than just looking good. It helps to keep me well rounded. I don't drink, I am rarely ever sick and I have a peace of mind that can all be attributed to living a life of fitness. I have enough energy to keep up with my baby girl. I can't imagine not being able to do something with/for her because of physical or mental limitations.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
Again it all comes back to energy and focus. Working out gives me a solid foundation. The structure and high energy levels would be good for any career path.
I don't know about all of that, but thanks for the vote of confidence! :) I am a freak,lol! I like this way to much. Today I had to stop cause I was going to get sick. I so wanted to go for like hrs, but had to settle for just one hour! How was your day?

There was a skanky girl at the party I was at! I can't stand that. I actualy got in a my FIRST fist fight with her on Sat. She was running her mouth and being VERY unlady like! So I told her she needed to leave. (There were kids there!) And she freaking hit me! Never been hit before! Anyway she left with a bloody nose. That is SO not my style!! I didn't know how much it hurts the next day after a fight, lol. Thank goodness that the kids were in the basement!
Ous was good to. We went back to StL and spent it with family and friends! I got a bad a** workout in on Sat, still feeling it 2 days later! Good stuff!
