It's my own personal goals and most of them really don't understand. I feel like if they are not passionate about it, then its not really the type of thing they would like to hear about.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?

Here's the diet:
Meal 1 - 1 Cup oats w/flaxseed and 12 eggwhites.
Before you workout, take your thermogenic/fat burner and do 30 minutes cardio as well.

nice progress pics. i have none. lol. but i'll be working out tons more and get outta my laziness phase and get my ass back in the gym so i can have my gymnastics bod back (tears in memory) lol. you're gonna have to help me stay focused!!!
Kinda boring... I got blown off a couple days so I really didn't do much. I did clean my room though which is always a good time lol. How was your weekend?
