End of 12 week transformation
Posted in Status : Apr 01, 2012 10:41amThese 12 weeks flew by, it seems like I just started last week! During this transformation I experimented with a new diet approach; high protein, high fat and zero carbs. The first two weeks were hard but got easier as the weeks went on. My strength has gone up, I have become leaner, I no longer really have out of control cravings. This is something that I will plan on doing all year long. I came in 1/2 pound from hitting my weight goal of 176 and short 4% of hitting my bodyfat goal of 4%. Even though I did not hit the goal I had set out for I will continue with my transformation till

1. I am over 10% bodyfat.
2. I want to experiment with a new diet to see what I am able to accomplish.
3. May do a competition in April/May
4. Because I want to win.
