How I Started:
I started working out at an early age to gain that extra edge in sporting events, specifically boxing and wrestling.
Why I Love It:
I love to workout because of the self fulfillment that arises after a good hard workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have an extremely busy schedule, and motivation can be difficult to find at times, but the best way that I have found is through a dedicated workout partner or friend. Establish a goal, timeline for the completion of that goal, and stay committed, no excuses!
