How I Started:
I started when i was 17 at school as a hobbie to get the biggest biceps and show up at school. jajaja. This began to be something more than a hobbie and now is my passion and my only adiction.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, and i may add, i was only 150 pounds when i started, and without the help of any suplements in any of the almost ten years on the gym i´ve achieved the body i have today.
How I Stay Motivated:
The changes that my body has suffer through the years haz been my inspiration...
BB Accomplishments:
18 1/2" biceps after training without the help from any suplements in almost 10 years.I MEAN NO SUPPLEMENTS AT ALL! NOT EVEN PROTEIN POWDER. ONLY NATURAL PROTEIN SOURCES.
