IN & Out! Focusing on one muscle(a big one).
How I am using increases to mass, for muscle gains. The wider my waist gets the larger the bulge in my lats get.  To see if I can see a increase in the muscle'size over time, or just that I am adding mass to my relax mode, or increase in both. My educated guess would be the third option!

Goal (Short): Just keep myself happy with what I am capable of doing.
Goal (Long): I have a lot of energy and my whole life, so I would like everything to go as planned as it has. I like just doing what it takes to get the bigger picture completed, whatever time of my life that is. For each specific time in life, my body should be in a certain form. Leaving the huge muscle gains to be reached during the forties, and all the cardio goals achieved in my teens, I have only a slow buildup back to my babylike features; minus the baby fat.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Everyone is allowed their space, but they should also let the people around them feel they would not be in danger by excercising
