How I Started:
My mother was into bodybuilding when she was younger. When i was a little boy she forced my to watch pumping iron. I never wanted to watch it when i was young but did anyway. Then i caught the bug when she showed me some exercises and now i force her to watch pumping iron with me.
Why I Love It:
It gives you an undescribable feeling. The endorphin rush i get when im in the gym is like no other. Also, the need and desire to constantly want to get better acts as a snowball effect to greatness.
How I Stay Motivated:
By wanting to be the best
Kids in the gym calling me the "big guy"

started out super skinny-around 120 pounds. now im around 180

I'm actually just gunna return it for some protein I took it yesterday and it made me feel sick as hell, so I am just gunna lay off creatine/pre-wo supps for a while lol
