TLdouggie Thanks for the advice I'm going to look into that today. My arm is still hurting and I'm hoping it will start to heal faster after this week. On Tuesday I will find out if I have to have surgery on my other elbow this would be a big setback, but the Dr said about a 5 week recovery. Thanks again for the info Mar 15, 2013 11:07am

TLdouggie It sounds like you have a good plan that's a huge part of training and getting bigge. I am weighing about 296 right now but I will probably go back down to about 250-265 I still fell really strong at that weight. I played football for a long time I only wrestle now I don't know if I will do another year or not I will decide bythe end of the month. TLdouggie Why haven't you been in a gym lifting? I'm training at two gyms one is called lords gym and the other is 24 hour, only because I travel a lot and they have them all over. The other times I train with what ever sports team I'm with for the day. How much do you plan on bulking what weight do you want to get to and is it forsports at all or just personal gain Oct 6, 2012 11:27pm
