How I Started:
I got motivated after my surgery. I just looked and felt very out of shape and wanted to get healthy.
Why I Love It:
I love it for so many reasons. Health, energy, fun, self-confidence, and so many more reasons.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking back at what I have already accomplished and realizing what I am capable of.

After my surgery
Taken right when I started. I had been through a kidney surgery and just gotten cleared to get back into exercising. I weighed 185 lbs.
I have gained about 5 lbs. since last update and am very happy with the progress. looks like most of that 5 lbs. has been muscle! also looks like i need to get back into the tanning bed...geez i'm white! haha

Hello everybody! I am now 3 weeks into my bulking journey, and all is well! I gained another pound this week, and I somehow still feel like my bodyfat went down a little.

My 1st can of Animal M-Stak is almost over, and it has obviously given me some pretty good results. I will run 1 more...
