Thank you for adding me!! I probably won't catch as much slack now. lol. It makes me realise how much more abdominal training I need; I always neglected that. I hate training abs; but It's going to be my main focus now. : p

Thanks for adding me. Good luck with losing weight. I eat the same meal every day now; 6 eggs, sans 3 yokes for breakfast; a homemade italian sandwich for dinner. Sometimes if I'm feeling low on energy I'll eat another sandwich or a cup of ramen noodles. I also switched to coke zero, since I'm one of those people that always has a soda in hand. Consistency with diet combined with exercising has helped me cut weight. Good Luck - James
