How I Started: I'm a perfectionist with certain things.
I try to be the best me I can be.
Why I Love It: Once I was past the point of struggling for visible gains, it became exciting sculpting the body.
How I Stay Motivated: I can stay motivated easily now, because I've made real changes. I was very skinny before; now I'm building upon a decent foundation.
