How I Started:
I spent 12 years in the military so my physical fitness requirements were pretty much taken care of. After 5 years of the life of a cop, poor diet and watching my waistline continuing to expend, I decided it was time to do something and I started hitting the gym. It is also where I met my wife. I have been in the gym 3 – 5 days a week since!
Why I Love It:
I love putting on my headphones, jamming some heavy tunes, work up a good sweat and melt the stress of the day away!
How I Stay Motivated:
That my wifes job.
