miked512 Man, I just started getting my motivation back. Had a few setbacks the past two weeks but training still happened the way it should. Diet is interesting to say the least BUT things are still going well. I need to rush the progress even though its coming slowly. What is the training and dieting looking like this time? miked512 How have the runs been? I know if I went for a run right now it would kill me but eh, I don't run period so that's probably how it will stay. I also saw pics of food.
