This past year while working for the department of corrections an inmate injured me. During the altercation my shoulder and neck were injured and I was out of the gym from March 20 until now, January 6, 2009. I am happy to be returning but I am not happy that I have gained fifty pounds, thank you to all the medications and steroids. Nevertheless I will do my best to return to my former self and maybe even be better then before.
So I got started while I was performing circus arts and theater arts. When I left the performance and returned home I needed a stable job so I went into law enforcement. My agility, flexibility, and size helped with the perpetrators. Going from there I went to the jailhouse for betters hours to care for my grandfather during his final years of his life and throughout all this I maintained a healthy life style and fitness regimen. I came into bodybuilding so that I can look better and perform better at what I do. Nothing more but vanity, and I love it.
Why I Love It:
Simply, it makes me feel great. I feel revitalized, energized and most of all better about my body, and not being self-conscience about your body in today society is a big plus in any field
How I Stay Motivated:
I have two motivations in my life. One is my partner of five years. With his love, his encouragement and his direction I have become a better and healthier person all around. If it was not for Jim, I feel my life would have ended years ago. My second motivation is the Mirror. If you look into the mirror you see what you really are in all of your glory. With the mirror you can see your likes and dislikes and understand from a visual view what is working and what is not working. With this looking back at you, you can move forward with the bets motivation you have, yourself.
BB Accomplishments:
Arms, Chest, and Back are my major accomplishments in bodybuilding. I have shaped them, grew them and most of all I do not look like a twig no more. My legs have always been strong and toned, but my upper torso has always had problems. I have cared for a few no I must truly concentrate on the waist and shoulders.
