Overall Goal: 2009 is almost over and I am getting very close to my goal! I am seeing some great changes and there is so much more to come.I want to transform my body far beyond anything that I have ever seen.To push the limits!!
Fit Status:
training 5 days a week and cardio the same. Determined!
I have been lifting on and off since I was 15.I got serious at 20 and put on some good size and was headed towards competition but I got married and had a child and that went to the side.Now I am back on track and want to compete for the local contest.I want to reach my goals that I set when I was 20 and surpass them all!
Why I Love It:
It sets me free from everyday stress.Helps me to better myself inside and out.I want to compete with myself to see just how much I can grow inside and Out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends and family.Books and magazines.I have some friends that are Pro's.

Goal (Long):
Over the next year I want to get down to 10% or lower body fat.I want to break 200lbs on body weight and have symmetry with proportion.I want Size with density and deep cuts.
she is incredible and has her goals set and reaching them day by day! I admire her for her will and determination. You don't see many women like her and are in that kind of shape!
Hitting the weights hard and training 5 days a week and cardio 5 days a week. This week I will start adding twice the amount of protein that I have been taking and fine tuning my diet. Starting to see the 6 pack and definition come out! In a few more weeks I will post some updated pics!
Thanks! I am VERY pleased with all their products. I def recommend them and also their whey protein. I ran out of their chocolate and went to GNC. Scivation's is the best tasting and priced right.
