Yes. I usually keep that pace. Sometimes, when I want to combine athletic ability and cardio, i'll some 3 or so intervals of fast sprints for 5 minutes a time along with it near the end of the workout. Probably

I like it. I found an increase in strength, especially during the first stages of dieting (before you need to cut calories too much). It isn't going to do wonders, but it really gives you that extra kick.

It was nice of you to be intouch buddy. Things are well. I am back in the cold climate conditions of England until March. Planning to get some travel time to Ireland and France before going back to LA with my girl. Hoping to do a lot more work when I go back over. How are things with you?!

I'm around 180-185lbs but a lot of my pictures i'm 190lbs.

I think you'll be fine at that weight. If you need to adjust, it won't be hard to drop 5lbs or so. Just be happy with how you look when you start for yourself, you can always adjust later on..
