I took up working out (some may say religion) aged 17. I was around 125lbs when I started out & 6ft.
I took it up for myself. Vanity, women, etc. were not driving forces for me.
Women come and go, cars and material objects come and go. Your body & your motivation, dedication and lifestyle stay with you to the very end.
Why I Love It:
If you can look back on your last workout and tell yourself you pushed yourself as far as you could, if you look back on the past year and can say you made some progress, or even helped another person in making progress....
You'll understand.
How I Stay Motivated:
Use anything that goes against you in life as a driving force in the gym.
Use anything that is positive in your lifestyle and use it/present it outside of the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Motivating others to get the results they desire far surpasses anything else I may have done in this industry.
Forum Signature:
If I traded it all
If I gave it all away for one thing
Just for one thing
If I sorted it out
If I knew all about this one thing
..Wouldn't that be something
