How I Started:
I got started when I was in High School in Kingston Jamaica. I played a lot of sports and in order to excel at them I needed to be strong. One day, I was passing by the gym and I saw a group of guys lifting weights. I entered and began lifting as well. Weeks later I liked the result and I have been lifting ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is my way of life. Without it I am hardly anything. It is my relaxer, it makes me feel more confident and I am addicted to it because I love fit bodies. Nothing turns me on like a fit body. I am a fit guy so it is only right that I love fit bodies.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by picturing how good i am going to look days later, weeks later or months later. I also watch a lot of videos on bodybuilding.com. They have a very informitive program called THE FIT SHOW. This show pumps me up all the time and i am ready to hit the gym. I also stay motivated by picturing my fit dream girl. When I meet her I want to be ready for her mentally, spiritually and physically.
BB Accomplishments:
I am not a serious bodybuilder, I just workout to stay in shape. However, this year I have started to change my routine to look more like a bodybuilding guru.

Time for me to stop eating filth and start leaning out for the summer
Hey everyone did an awesome workout today after taking days off from the gym due to a head cold. I felt a little better so i decided to hit the legs. Can anyone provide me with some tips as to how to get my hamstring bigger. I work them pretty hard or I think I do but they don't grow. ...
Thanks for the tips. I max them out but I guess time will tell. To balance my legs more I need them to grow an inch. Well my friend enjoy your w/e. Take care. :)
