How I Started: I got started when I was in High School in Kingston Jamaica. I played a lot of sports and in order to excel at them I needed to be strong. One day, I was passing by the gym and I saw a group of guys lifting weights. I entered and began lifting as well. Weeks later I liked the result and I have been lifting ever since.
Why I Love It: I love working out because it is my way of life. Without it I am hardly anything. It is my relaxer, it makes me feel more confident and I am addicted to it because I love fit bodies. Nothing turns me on like a fit body. I am a fit guy so it is only right that I love fit bodies.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by picturing how good i am going to look days later, weeks later or months later. I also watch a lot of videos on bodybuilding.com. They have a very informitive program called THE FIT SHOW. This show pumps me up all the time and i am ready to hit the gym. I also stay motivated by picturing my fit dream girl. When I meet her I want to be ready for her mentally, spiritually and physically.
BB Accomplishments: I am not a serious bodybuilder, I just workout to stay in shape. However, this year I have started to change my routine to look more like a bodybuilding guru.

Hey everyone did an awesome workout today after taking days off from the gym due to a head cold.  I felt a little better so i decided to hit the legs.  Can anyone provide me with some tips as to how to get my hamstring bigger.  I work them pretty hard or I think I do but they don't grow. ...
