How I Started:
I got started when I was in High School in Kingston Jamaica. I played a lot of sports and in order to excel at them I needed to be strong. One day, I was passing by the gym and I saw a group of guys lifting weights. I entered and began lifting as well. Weeks later I liked the result and I have been lifting ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is my way of life. Without it I am hardly anything. It is my relaxer, it makes me feel more confident and I am addicted to it because I love fit bodies. Nothing turns me on like a fit body. I am a fit guy so it is only right that I love fit bodies.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by picturing how good i am going to look days later, weeks later or months later. I also watch a lot of videos on bodybuilding.com. They have a very informitive program called THE FIT SHOW. This show pumps me up all the time and i am ready to hit the gym. I also stay motivated by picturing my fit dream girl. When I meet her I want to be ready for her mentally, spiritually and physically.
BB Accomplishments:
I am not a serious bodybuilder, I just workout to stay in shape. However, this year I have started to change my routine to look more like a bodybuilding guru.

I want to have a body fat ratio of 7%. I would also like to get bigger muscular legs. My calves also need great improvement to complete the total look.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
it hasnt changed my family life but it has changed my personal life. People at work and complete strangers always compliment me on my body and seek my aid in getting fit.
Craig, you best get back on bodyspace! ;) We miss you for certain! I see you must be busy at work. Did you know I was looking into certifying as a Personal Trainer? You are a trainer? I wonder if you have some advice for me...:D ~Missy
Craig: WoW, a 5k EVERY month? I take that as a challenge! ;) I haven't done any speedwork like I had planned but I still will be running a 4 miler (yes that is an odd distance) on Thanksgiving Day. It may not be a stellar race performance, but it will give me info on where I am at. I may do a 5k the following weekend as well. I need to go get some new cold weather gear and especially some fun bright colored caps. That will motivate me. :D ~Missy
