I want to lose 40-60 lbs and gain muscle as well..
Goal (Long):
I'm 200 lbs and I want to weigh about 150-145lbs at least, I'm 5'7 and curvy. I still want my curves but I just want my body to be tight and toned. I want defined abs and tones thighs. My problem area is my mid-section so, thats what I want to work on. I'm a size 12 and my goal is to be a size 8 or 6 the least. I'm currently a 38DD and with upper body work, hopefully I'll go down to a 34 or 36 D or C cup.
